Cleansing is a a practice that gives your energy a rest from overuse in day to day life. In a western world we are constantly overstimulating and overloading the body and mind with food, alcohol, technology, stress, sugar, caffeine and work. Incorporating cleansing into your lifestyle will not only gift your mental state balance, clarity and direction but your body strength, comfortability and optimal metabolic function.
Cleansing can be done anywhere between 3 - 12 times a year with various programs and protocols. I offer group cleanses twice a year in Autumn and Spring however they are a core practice on my programs with 1:1 clients to address imbalance in the body before we start focusing on the greater goals.
